Fireworks!

The Catherine wheel was a flower,

Wizzing and fizzing around.

BANG!

It was like shooting stars,

Exploding on the night sky.

Others whirled up and twinkled like stars,

But the cascades danced around the road,

The fountains give us ashes.

Then we looked at the fire

It flicked as we fed it more wood.

After that, the fireworks season was over.

League Day - Yay!

My First Goal.

It all started one day at netball practice. We had to practice our goals.
As I waited in line, I thought to myself “shoot, shoot, shoot.”
Then, before I knew it, I was at the front of the line. I felt  as if  there was a crowd watching my every move, like eagles getting ready swoop down and get their prey. But once I shot, I felt like  a Silver fern!
