"Wow!" I thought as we finally wondered through the caves. "Eew!" I said when I stood in mud. As we made our way into the water, sliding down slippery mud and climbing up slimy rocks we spotted beautiful glow maggots. We finally made it to the Taniwha. Then we had to find our own way out of the cave in the dark. "Ahh" I said in relief we finally made it.

woo hoo! this looks amazing!!!!We are trying to work out where in NZ you might be.... are you near the Waitomo Caves?
Did it take courage to go in the caves? We would have been scared of the dark!
